Special thanks to Bethany and Laura for taking time out of their summer weekend to prepare a delicious and nutritious meal for the homeless youth that participate in the Doors of Change Taking Music & Art to the Streets Program. The BBQ ribs, Mac-n-Cheese, salad and delicious home baked desserts were appreciated by all! A wonderful way to be of service and Light Up The LOVE - TM for those in need!



july 22nd  

Another wonderful Light Up The LOVE - TM meal service for the homeless youth that participate in the Doors of Change Taking Music and Art to the Streets Program. A very special thank you to Heartfelt Helpings volunteers - Karen, Andre and their children Maya and Leo for cooking & serving an delicious and nutritious meal of barbecue chicken, mashed potatoes, carrots, corn, rolls and cupcakes. We appreciate all that you do to make our community a better place!



July 15th

Heartfelt Helpings was happy to prepare a delicious and nutritious meal for the homeless youth that participate in the Doors of Change Taking Music & Art to the Streets program.  Everyone was grateful for the meal served with love and kindness.  Thanks to Jerry for taking time out of a beautiful summer weekend to create a #LUTL moment for those in need.



July 15th

Heartfelt Helpings thanks Nicole, Jenna, Claire, Elizabeth, Molly, Suzy, Elyssa and Jordan from the National Charity League - Del Sol Chapter for taking time out of this beautiful summer weekend to be of service for those in need.  The clients at PATH Connections were grateful for the delicious meal served with a smile!


Special thanks to Urban Angels for your assistance with our meal service and for all that you do to support our homeless neighbors.  Thanks to WALMART, Smart & Final, and Vons for the food donations that help to make our delicious and nutritious meals!  Together, we continue to make a difference!  #LUTL



July 4th

Heartfelt Helpings was happy to serve a very special Fourth of July lunch service to our friends at the Alpha Project temporary shelter downtown. Thank you to our partners at Walmart San Diego - Murphy Canyon Rd and Vons for the candy, bread and cookies. A special thank you to Kristin Convento and students at Hedenkamp Elementary Schoolfor the lunch bags decorated with Messages of inspiration. They brought an abundance of smiles and created a fun Light Up The LOVE - TM afternoon for everyone! Finally, a big thank you to our volunteers Kelle, Tim, April and Polly. Without you and all of our donors we could not provide these wonderful services. Thank you for all you do! Happy Summer!
